CNET Domestic Terrorism Unit - Walnut Creek Police Division

CNET Domestic Terrorism Unit

On or about July 27th 2013 I was while theoretically minding my own business when three Walnut Creek Officers arrived at Walnut Creek Starbucks (See Link) with allegations that I was disturbing the peace, acting strangely and had attacked a passerby.  I spent 20 minutes on the street being interrogated by Officer Burns for the garden variety of allegations.  Officers Burns like many in Law Enforcement are of my involvement the CNET Scandal which I've aptly renamed the as CNET Domestic Terrorism Unit as there are officers from this department with direct links to CNET which is an agency disbanded when CNET Commander Wielsch was arrested in February 2011.  What Officer Burns and others in the department might been involved with was the attack on my attorney Sage Sepahi who was going to sue CNET in 2004.

I can't sue anyone because the legal community e.g. Contra Costa Bar Association has red-lined me and whoever is left is simply afraid to get involved.

What officer Burns is not aware of what was on my laptop and my evolving theory on several fires in the area including that really big one over in San Bruno that perhaps under the guise of a well paying job with PG&E my skills were used to penetrate a utility that has Nuclear Power Plants, A Gas Transmission Unit, and Electrical Unit that supports the economic fabric of one the 11th largest economy in the world.

My concern as a software developer are obvious internal weaknesses of PG&E and their subcontracting firm Ravenelle Enterprises.  Back in March 2011, I was homeless, living in total fear, enduring threats from all points, my life was upside down but a key element surfaced when Chris Butler and Norman Wielsch were first arrested in 2011 which occurred after Lt. Oberhoffer SFPD (retired) deliberately drove me from my offices in Pleasant Hill.

Note: Please link to my site
I write to deflect as I'm tired of being a target plus I have two sons that were nearly killed in one of these attempts.  The Walnut Creek Police drove from five offices, the Pleasant Hill Police failed to respond and the Danville Police, CHP and San Ramon Fire Protection District are likely guilty of conspiracy to commit murder, extortion and racketeering.  It's come to the point I've got to call a spade a spade before someone takes me down.

Dear Senator DeSaulnier - Assist this constituent like you've assisted others.

By PETE BENNETT - Contra Costa Watch EMAIL
Phone: 510-460-5641
Posted: 06/13/2013

NOTE: In 2010 I met with Senator DeSaulnier about events that eventually became CNET but soon after the February arrests my car totaled by a police officer in July 2011.  Instead of assisting this constituent he decides to call the Legislative Security Services who met with me in Sept 2011 - since then many near this scandal have been killed but on Sept 28th I was nearly taken out by a hit and run driver in Walnut Creek.

Dear Senator DeSaulnier,

I am homeless, I have no food, my roommate was attacked on Walker Ave sent to the ER with head trauma, last week near the same spot I was nearly hit in the crosswalk by a speeding driver who was traveling 60 MPH or better.  The Walnut Creek Police really don't know what to do these endless attacks.  I travel in area less than a 1/2 square mile - but endure events with persons associated with the same Unions you clearly are connected to.

These attacks are nothing short of attempted murders - conspiracy, extortion and witness intimidation.

The Panera incident was bad enough, the next day I'm dealing with Walnut Creek Cop that I know is associated with CNET, SWAT and others.  He knows Butler and likely is close enough to my attorney being beaten up in 2006 which ended the lawsuit that would have ended CNET ten years ago.

The Unions Are:
Teamsters
Ironworkers
SEIU

In September I was attacked by a former Walnut Creek retiree.  Last week I was thrown out of Panera Bread.

The Crosswalk incident - Attempted murder?

Just a normal day - try getting some help!

President Obama and Secret Service Letter

Last month my long time musician from the area recently performed at a high security event that should have been vetted with the Secret Service.  The victims listed on my blog know the performer like I do but when you break down the relationships you'll find we're connected via music. I am connected to several spinal meningitis or bacterial cases.  This year two politicians died of spinal or bacterial meningitis but that's two in Contra Costa and they both knew the third one.

I am sure the Secret Service will question events as it's their job to vet incidents no matter how seemingly disconnected they especially when you've got the largest pipeline fire in the country one degree away from this same group.

Walnut Creek Events
Last month I had a harrowing encounter with an Officer that is connected Wielsch, Butler, Tanabe and Lombardi

Pick a problem, no license, homeless, forgery, attempted murder, arson, assault, Police misconduct, civil rights violation, poison and police misconduct ala Carte.  I can't get counsel as no one in the Bar Association will even talk to me.  The net result of those activities fall into the conspiracy realm but I can't blame because they all know my 2004 litigation would have uncovered CNET in 2005 not 2011 and there is no way CNET operated in secret.

So since you sent in the State Police my truck was towed off, my guitar stolen, my roommate beaten, there is the crosswalk incident, then I've been in several fist fights defending myself, been detained, interrogated while hundreds strolled by and many I know.  The intentional act was designed to cast fear on residents who know me.

I've been attacked in Panera Bread, Starbucks, nearly run over in Safeway more than once and my car has been totaled by a cop - the best answer to date is its unfortunate.

If you can't help then I'll start calling every senator in the state to find someone who can help.

I've got GovBuddy and will begin polling every Senator for help while sharing my story.

Bring Suit Against the State

  1. Civil rights violation on your staff and you personally if possible
  2. Damages claim for intentional emotional distress
  3. Since I've been attacked by SEIU retirees then ask the FBI to investigate that known relationship with your office.

Please send instructions on filing claims with the State of California

Attack by Union Workers or affiliated with

Since our meeting in 2010 I've been attacked persons associated with the Teamsters, Iron Workers, SIEU, and retired police officers.

It's your job to provide constituent services fairly to all citizens regardless of race, creed, immigration status, homeless, working and any other category.

If you can't then find one Senator willing to help me as every promise made has been broken and you can expect a plethora of Public Records requests

DOMESTIC TERRORISM and PG&E Plane Crash

Last month a PG&E surveillance crashed killing two employees is another connection to the San Bruno Fire, a fire that could easily be arson or better suited to be reclassified as Domestic Terrorism.

Facts:

  1. Same Gas Transmission Lines connected to the San Bruno Fire
  2. Same lines likely taken from my laptop - that contained over 200,000 pages of PG&E data
  3. PG&E worker kidnapped from same Gas Transmission Group

Wiget Lane Operations:
Engineers, Surveyors, Construction Management services covering thousands of miles of critical infrastructure that the worlds 11th largest economy depends on.

Whose connected this project:

Pete Bennett - March 2011 to July 2011 when my car was totaled.
Kidnap Victim - Suspect looks like police officer who has stalked me
AA Surveillance Plane Crew - would get the same Pipeline Data which is same office my meetings were held for same PG&E Pipeline testing project.
Ravenelle Enterprises: PG&E Vendor that is connected this event returning from PG&E Modesto operations

Less than two weeks after this plane crash someone once again attempts to run me over.

The event is more important than ever is Testing the pipelines that failed but I'm so convinced that this accident wasn't intentionally created but likely took advantage of PG&E weak monitoring system.

Constituent Services - be a Senator and help solve this constituent ongoing problems.
The constituent services should have been handled two years ago, assistance with housing and protection for my sons

PG&E has stonewalled me about getting paid but all these setbacks hit me continuously and I am really tired of rebuilding offices, finances and clients.

DO SOMETHING BEFORE THESE PEOPLE THAT ARE CONNECTED TO THE UNIONS HARM MY SONS.

TWA Flight 800 - The 1989 thefts from the San Pablo Armory

When Contra Costa Narcotics Commander Wielsch was arrested with Chris Butler(PI) in the Dirty DUI Scandal the first clues surfaced about what I've endured. My CNET related litigation would have revealed CNET in 2004 but I couldn't get my attorney to bring suit. It dragged on until late 2005 until the attorney was beaten - case closed. All of this precedes the PG&E and Kinder Morgan Fire.

Please see Informed Parties Timeline.

See Attorney Sage Sepahi Beaten - Walnut Creek.

It runs the gamut of tactics used on litigation in Contra Costa County but some cases are well over 20 years old. One critical case to my argument is currently buried by Pleasant Hill Police stems from an arson/murder, a murder plus the arson of a chemical shed once known as the Cabbage Patch in Pleasant Hill CA. Which is currently known as the Cabbage Patch Farm.

PGE Investigator - why did this take 2 years?
Domestic Terrorism - The Real Agenda

The Lafayette accident was clearly a deliberate attempt to kill me but please read the letters to Lafayette PD and City Council

The laptop was in the custody of Hillside Covenant Church members but just two days before the accident Keith Lynds (Youth Director) messaged me via Facebook with near clairvoyant accuracy as exactly where my Facebook account had been hacked.

How did know because he and other Hillside Covenant Church coerced my minor son who took over managing my social media. Then after the accident Captain Schultz attempts like Lt. Hill and Sgt. Burns attempt to arrest me with veiled allegations with hands on their guns or damn close to them. Officer Vesser ticketed me front plate Judge Golub turned that into an 1,800 fine. I remember that day where nearly five officers arrived, two from behind me with hands on their guns.

In 2008 Walnut Creek Police announced a break in a case using FBI voodoo science but they weren't expecting my information would surface to derail their charade. They're going to ruin former Mayor Newsome's political career and that of many others as thy are lying but the liars no longer have access to the files.

Game Changer?

Just another Contra Costa pipe bomb or International Terrorism?

The Hillgrade Ave event is a game changer. The overlaps of these connections cannot be ignored as the litigators are ready to sue Asiana but unwillingly to sue for my events?

Domestic Terrorist Network

By PETE BENNETT - Contra Costa Watch

Abstract: This article will pose a strong argument that a domestic terrorism organization operates in Contra Costa County in a similar manner to a terrorist cell organization as the operators are probably experts in terrorist organizations.  My observations is that they are CNET, SWAT and Bomb Squad trainees, have been given training by the Federal Government with the ability to access the vast resources of various Federal Agencies.

In my case a few of them blabbed a few too many times leaving me a clue to dig up on the them.  I've found their resumes but have also traced their profiles.  One leads directly from Sacramento to San Ramon Police Department where Lombardi called me with threats of arrest for tying to collect funds owed to me.  The big mistake was my skills over here on this Telecommunications Project

In 2009 got burned with credit card charge-backs but 2005 someone then was connected to CNET and Butler but knowing the depths of CNET tactics know they need to checked out.

I'm not going to sit back while persons in my book are CNET co-conspirators then identifying DOD contractors with highly sensitive projects only solidifies the Domestic Terrorism argument as this programmer understands systems very well and it's not a stretch to postulate DOD intelligence network has been compromised.

When they read this page they will come knocking with lots of questions and I'm ready with names, facts, dates and connections.

Perhaps I'm a little pissed that I don't have a police report from the Lafayette Police who is about 18 months overdue.

The Lafayette Town Council faces a quagmire - if I'm right then what is their role as they should have vehemently  lobbied Chief Christiansen to investigate an attempted murder but why would he investigate his cousin Dave Christiansen for attempted murder?

Walnut Creek CA:

The Walnut Creek City Council and Town Manager has been equally informed via my many letters from yours truly.  My roommate has 12,000 in medical bills from being mugged and we could call attorneys all day but no one will take on our cases.

Benny Chetcuti Investigation Stalled for over 10 years and the PG&E San Bruno Fire would have never happened has this organization been stopped in 2004 when the first cease and desist letter had been acted on.

Ex-cop Tanabe convicted in 'dirty DUI' scandal

Reposted to Protect My Sons

The reason I know so much about this story is I went to the FBI in 2004 and convinced them FBI that my attackers had returned from the 1980's and that these attacks were related to events connected to the 2001 Murder of my former customer Dr. Fang in 2000 but.

As the events near CNET unraveled I began to piece together events from 1989 the San Pablo National Guard Armory robbery where 850 M-16's and military explosives were taken.   But in my efforts to discover details I realized that perhaps a SAM missile was taken.

With conjecture it could lead to the TWA Flight 800 crash and the PG&E San Bruno Fire which leads to another case in 1979 that the Pleasant Hill Police don't want to talk about.

There were a series of incidents on a farm known locally the Cabbage Patch Farm which leads to my developing article about the "The Cabbage Patch Murders" which is long forgotten case but matches slew of fires spanning 30 years.

Given the width and breadth of the interconnected agencies known as CNET, SWAT and the BOMB SQUAD I've reached a personal conclusion that could be hard to argue away.

Meet my former Neighbor Stephen Tanabe a former Danville Officer who knows Gary Collins who died within months of being linked to CNET with former Chief of Police Joel Bryden.

The events I'm writing about will be easier to understand by visiting my research site at petebennett.net/myresearch/default.aspx where I'm using Business Intellingence Tools to present this story via Google Earth, Timeline Tools and supporting information that would be considered a mix of document management (ECM) Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and besides no one will hire me which becuase of all the havoc CNET heaped on my life.

Ex-cop Tanabe convicted in 'dirty DUI' scandal

Updated 11:16 pm, Tuesday, September 3, 2013
A former Contra Costa County deputy sheriff was convicted Tuesday on charges that he accepted a pistol from a private investigator in exchange for arresting two men who the investigator had baited into driving drunk in elaborate stings known as "dirty DUIs."
However, jurors acquitted the former officer of a charge stemming from one of the private investigator's most startling claims - that the ex-deputy also accepted cocaine to facilitate a third drunken driving arrest.
Stephen Tanabe, 50, of Alamo, appeared dejected after the jury in U.S. District Court in San Francisco delivered a verdict that marks one of the final chapters in a lurid saga that has now resulted in the conviction of five former Bay Area law enforcement officers.
Two and a half years after his arrest, Tanabe, a former Danville patrol officer, turned to his family in the front row of the gallery, exhaled hard, and shook his head. He was convicted on one count of conspiracy, two counts of extortion and three counts of wire fraud, and will be sentenced in December.
Tanabe's involvement in the unseemly world of former investigator Christopher Butler, 52, began in the mid-1990s, when both men were officers for the Antioch police force.
Tim Pori, Tanabe's attorney, maintained that Butler - the government's star witness, who testified in exchange for leniency in his own case - was a master manipulator who made a living framing people. He deemed Butler a "sociopathic narcissist" who made Tanabe his latest mark.
"This was another 'designed coincidence,' " Pori said outside court, employing a term coined by the private investigator, "where Butler took the available evidence and framed Tanabe."
In closing arguments, Assistant U.S. Attorney Hartley West portrayed Tanabe as an officer who'd sold his badge when he allegedly accepted an eighth of an ounce of cocaine and a Glock pistol from Butler to ensure the drunken driving arrests.
"His integrity was for sale," West told jurors. "And it was for sale for cheap."
Butler was the architect of "dirty DUIs," prearranged busts of men he had been hired to tarnish. Three targeted men who testified at Tanabe's trial - a Livermore winemaker, a Verizon executive, and a former software salesman - were in the midst of divorce or custody disputes with ex-wives who sought to gain an advantage.
The women, prosecutors said, paid Butler to design stings in which female "decoys" approached the men online or in bars. Or actors would pose as reporters, inviting the marks out for an "interview" over drinks.
In two stings involving Tanabe, Butler said, he arranged for his friend to park outside a Danville wine bar and arrest the victims on Butler's cue.
The sprawling scandal around Butler, which included allegations of drug dealing and prostitution, sparked an FBI corruption probe and led to the federal convictions of Bay Area police officers from four different agencies.
One defendant remains: Mary Nolan, a divorce attorney who, according to prosecutors, hired Butler to install listening devices inside the car of a client's ex-husband.
During his testimony at the Tanabe trial, Butler said he was hired by Nolan to conduct a "dirty DUI" sting on a Clayton man, who was arrested and convicted. Nolan has pleaded not guilty.

Ex-cop charged in drug thefts also sought to sell military-grade explosives, records show

UPDATED:   03/01/2011 10:37:36 AM PST

MARTINEZ -- A Concord private investigator tried to find a buyer for two bricks of a military-grade explosive in the days before he and a drug task force leader were charged with selling and conspiring to sell large quantities of drugs, according to a search warrant affidavit.

Norman Wielsch, the head of the state-run Central Contra Costa Narcotics Enforcement Team, or CNET, and private investigator Christopher Butler are expected to enter a plea Wednesday to 28 felony charges that allege the longtime friends sold marijuana, methamphetamine and steroids that had been seized by CNET.

Butler allegedly told a confidential informant in the case that Wielsch was looking to make extra money before his retirement. The informant said that Butler was being audited by the IRS.

The pair was selling drugs, an informant told the Department of Justice, which oversees the now-suspended task force, on Jan. 21, three days after the informant saw Wielsch speak to the media about a pipe bomb investigation at a Pacheco storage locker, the affidavit says.

DOJ had begun audio and video surveillance on Feb. 2 when the informant gave Butler money for marijuana and steroids that Butler had obtained from Wielsch, according to the affidavit. Butler then asked if the informant could find a buyer for two bricks of the explosive C-4. The informant said that was unlikely.
"Butler tells the (informant) that if it can't be sold, he would 'give it to uncle (Wielsch)' so that he could 'say he found it in a search warrant,' " an investigator wrote.

That much C-4 could cause serious structural damage to a home but would not be enough to destroy a large office building, said Sgt. Jay Hill of the Walnut Creek Police Department bomb squad.

It appears from the affidavit that Wielsch and Butler conspired to sell drugs that either were about to be destroyed or had been newly seized.

The pair allegedly discussed in wiretapped phone calls when other CNET members would be out of the office for training, the most opportune times to steal drugs.

Wielsch and Butler also were allegedly recorded planning to sell a pound of crystal methamphetamine for $10,000 -- the most lucrative sale detailed in the affidavit -- before the drug was scheduled for disposal.
"What if we just went in there and swapped one out with flour? No one is going to test it, and then we can just take the flour to the dump," an agent wrote that Butler told Wielsch.

"Well, the problem is, that it's at the Sheriff's department "... that means I have to go get it, and it looks pretty weird if I go get just that one," Wielsch reportedly responded.

"(Special Agent Supervisor) Wielsch continues by explaining that if he goes on Tuesday with a court order, he can take all of it as if he were going to destroy it, and adds 'no one is going to take a second look,' " an investigator wrote.

Butler's attorney, Bill Gagen, declined to comment on the affidavit. Gagen is expected to argue on Wednesday that a judge should lower Butler's bail. Butler, a 49-year-old Concord man, has been held in lieu of $900,000 bail since he and Wielsch were arrested Feb. 16. Wielsch, a 49-year-old Antioch resident, posted $400,000 bail on Feb. 18.

"I am not willing at this point to make any statements about discovery, which may take weeks," Gagen said. "There's a lot being looked at way beyond Chris Butler."
Wielsch's attorney, Michael Cardoza, said Monday that he hopes that he can reach an agreement with prosecutors to avoid a trial for Wielsch.
"It doesn't make sense to try this with a jury. The evidence we would have to face is daunting, and on the other side, the entire (CNET) task force will be splayed on the news," Cardoza said. " If we can resolve this, it would serve us all much better."

Cardoza said his client was strained by the physical tolls of a 20-year career in law enforcement and the rising cost of caring for his ailing daughter.

"That's not by way of an excuse, but an explanation," Cardoza said. "It's not like he was a bad guy all these years. This thing just started a couple of months ago and the amount of money involved was peanuts. At the logical and rational level, this makes no sense."

Walnut Creek City Attorney Resigns

Dear Ms. Nardi,

On Nov 1st 2011 I met with City Manager Ken Nordoff and former Chief Bryden over events regarding the CNET Scandal.  I provided documents linking Danville Police to Contra Costa Narcotics Enforcement Taskforce (CNET) and how Chris Butler, Tanabe, Wielsch and Lombardi tried to arrest me, set me up, torch my truck with me in it but the dozens of police reports spanning over thirty years they appear to be landing in the round file.  Sometimes they derail the report by not taking the report.

I specifically went to Mr. Wenter in regards to whether he had specific knowledge regarding my July 2011 hit and run over in Lafayette as just a mere two weeks after the Chief told me he was the FBI contact for CNET my car was totaled and then it gets better as Captain Schultz, a detective who I've seen around town, and Sergeant Mike Chan were clearly attempting to set me up for a Police/Suspect confrontation.

Feel free to watch my comments about CNET, events near me and learn how my attorney was beat up on Oak Road in the matter Bennett v. Collins which was derailed when Attorney Sage Sepahi chose his personal safety.  Mr. Collins fell to his death shortly after the November 1st 2011 meeting and then a few weeks later I learn that Tanabe was the Danville Pack 36 Cub Scout Dad who was once in my house but keep in mind that both Collins, Tanabe, Collins, Butler, Wielsch, and others all worked for or with persons associated with the Danville Police Department, Collins was a Danville Building Inspector who reported to work at the same building as Tanabe.

The person who attacked me in 2004 fell to his death weeks after that meeting but my former Danville neighbor Loretta Hale and former customer Roma Bhatia who worked at the former Country Wide offices in Danville.  I provided specific information on a particular attorney from Walnut Creek who simply was winning too much, likely knew Butler but had other 'deaths" connected to his clients.

When you win too much you're operating just like an insider trading stock tips.

I wish it was this simple - derail?  Try someone's been trying to kill me and no one has done anything other try to arrest me for shaking someones hand.

Walnut Creek city attorney resigns, saying he was pressured to derail Lesher Center investigation

UPDATED:   07/31/2013 12:42:09 PM PDT

WALNUT CREEK -- Council members tried to derail an internal investigation once it revealed that the city manager knew of the allegations of child sex abuse by a Lesher Center employee earlier than he disclosed, according to outgoing City Attorney Bryan Wenter.
Wenter said this type of pressure from the people who hired him and what he called a "difficult" work environment prompted him to resign Monday after two years as the city's top counsel.
Mayor Cindy Silva said Tuesday she was not aware of any effort to shut down the investigation.
After Wenter announced his resignation, one of his two assistant city attorneys announced she, too, was leaving.
The atmosphere at City Hall has apparently become intolerable for Wenter in the wake of the Lesher Center child abuse "mandated reporting" internal investigation. That investigation examined whether city employees fulfilled their responsibilities to report suspected abuse to police after firing a former Lesher Center employee who was allegedly having inappropriate contact with teenage girls. The employee, Jason Pedroza, was charged by prosecutors in February with two felonies and a misdemeanor, three months after he was fired.
Four employees were placed on leave until the internal investigation was complete, and all four were eventually brought back to work after the investigation found that overall they acted appropriately. But the investigation revealed that City Manager Ken Nordhoff and others had the same information as the employees on leave.
"As you may know, the City Attorney's Office undertook that difficult, time-consuming, and thankless work, through independent outside counsel and an independent investigator, for a variety of important reasons, including potential civil liability the city may yet face," Wenter said in an email to city staff announcing his resignation. "Avoiding that challenge or shutting down the investigation when the pressures mounted internally because the investigation went 'up the chain' was not a legal or moral option I could support."
Wenter told this newspaper Tuesday that at the end of April, about a week after the council was made aware that Nordhoff knew more of the Lesher Center situation than he originally disclosed, Silva and another council member he declined to name asked him to make legal recommendations on the investigation that were not his own. At that meeting, he said he was accused of abusing the power of the City Attorney's Office, and his upcoming job review was mentioned.
Subsequently that day, Wenter said, he received a call from another council member who told him that he needed to watch his back and that the investigation needed to end.
"I continue to interpret both conversations, including raising the specter of a performance evaluation in the middle of an ongoing investigation, as efforts to alter my legal advice and influence me to shut down the investigation," Wenter said.
Silva and Councilman Bob Simmons acknowledged they met with Wenter in late April but disputed his account of what transpired. The goal was to find ways to bring "closure" to the situation, not to stop it, Silva said.
And it couldn't have been stopped anyway because interviews were already done, Silva said.
"The whole intent was to try and bring everything to resolution," she said.
Simmons agrees with Silva's recollection, and said that at the time Wenter was the only one in the city empowered to make any decisions in regards to the Lesher situation. Simmons said he wanted to give Wenter ideas, such as setting a due date for the investigation to conclude. He wanted the investigation completed, not to stop it, and mentioning Wenter's review was not an implied threat, Simmons said.
"The city attorney job is to provide legal advice; you don't insert your own sense of what is right or wrong when you are giving legal advice," he said.
Wenter declined to name the council member who called him to say he needed to watch his back, but Councilwoman Loella Haskew acknowledged Wednesday it was her.
Haskew said that when she told Wenter to "watch his back," it was not a threat. She thought he had chosen a side and that people on that side would turn on him, so he should watch his back, she said. In no way was she trying to get him to do anything "nefarious," she said.
"It's not in my style ever to threaten," Haskew said. "I am the most open guileless person I know. I have no threats. And I honestly believe that all three of us were trying to get to resolution so the city could move on to the city's business."
Wenter made it clear in the resignation emails he sent to the council and to the city staff that he had planned to stay at this job for much longer.
Following his move, assistant city attorney Katy Wisinski submitted her resignation effective Aug. 23. She is one of two assistant city attorneys.
Wisinski declined to comment about her exact reasons for leaving, but in an email to all Walnut Creek employees she made clear that Wenter's resignation was key to her decision. She commends him for his leadership and says she is proud of what he has accomplished.
"I have taken tremendous pride in being one of your attorneys, and I had expected to remain here for many years," Wisinski said in her email. "My heart is very heavy, but I can see that it is time to go."
With a nearly vacant attorney's office by the end of August, the City Council will need to act soon. Silva said it's a council decision on what to do about finding a new city attorney, even an interim one. As of Tuesday, no meeting had been called to discuss the issue.
Wenter's is the second high-profile resignation in the wake of the scandal. Last week, Human Resources Director Sally Rice, one of the four employees at the center of the investigation, resigned to take early retirement.
Silva said it saddens her when anyone in the organization leaves, but employees continue to do an incredible job for Walnut Creek.
"We will be able to work together to set a positive course for the future," she said.
Nordhoff is out of town and could not be reached for comment.

Economic Losses related to CNET Scandal

Author: Pete Bennett

Walnut Creek CA - One very troubling fact is how I've been targeted by Police Officers, CNET personell and now the Contra Costa County Bar won't even allow me to get to bar attorney that suggest the Contra Costa Legal Community is flogged into submission to handlers.  My July 2011 accident forced a hard look at "other" incidents.  That is why I've concluded that my attorney who was beaten in Walnut Creek was not basketball ball game where two players got in a tussle on the court - it was planned by CNET Officers who's goal was to stop my litigation.

It's nearly pathetic to hear from defense counsel who suggested I should move across the country for my safety and leave my kids behind.  My strategy is much different - I'm to ask the cities to review the legal community for possible malfeasance with litigants who've been prevented due process.

Incorporate Your Business For FreeIf you read my challenge to the Contra Costa Bar. I am left homeless (January 2013), beaten down to bankrupt, been fined to death by Judge Golub, slapped with abusive court motions by parties that interfered with my sons, had my attorney beaten up, the truck fire was the best and had numerous police reports filed about me so many in fact i can't even tell what their about.

Via this page I'm going to list the losses and see if the Contra Costa Bar will step up to the plate and do their job - find me representation.  I've lost everything, my sons, house, cars, licenses, software development career and I sleep outside behind my friends house.  The folks at Hillside Covenant Church know about my car accident and one of their members tried to run me over but Lt. Gorski made sure the police report never saw the light of day.  By my count at least seven solid attempts on my life and not a single investigation went beyond me filling out a police report.

The losses:

Software Development (4000 hours lost) system to manage thousands of domains simultaneously using Pay Per Click and internet marking principles.

Lost of 500 domains valued a $100,000 (future value)

Business Targeting and Business Intimidation connected to CNET related agencies notably Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Danville, Lafayette and most likely an extension of events from Pittsburg officers from the eighties.

$500,000

Office and Business Targeting $250,000
Loss of Contracting Projects  (Sudden firings) $250,000 Annualized wage losses.

Civil Rights Violations by Chris Butler, Stephen Tanabe, Lombardi and numerous Walnut Creek Officers

I will refine but sleeping on the street isn't what i planned for.  My servers, fast systems are all gone, I have no place to live or work but the net effect is few will engage.

In July 2011 I was driven from my apartment via persons connected to Walnut Creek Officers - my car was totaled weeks after a conversation with Cheif Byrden, DA investigator Daryl Jackson, Danville Councilman Newell Arnerich and Dave Christensen of Alamo 1st Alamo CA.

Somewhere in the mix of these people is the person who totaled my car.

Beat Up His Attorney - he might expose us (CNET)

Walnut Creek CA | 12/10/2012

How CNET Officers beat me again - The easist way to win lawsuits in Contra Costa County is to BEAT Plaintiffs Counsel

In spring 2006, Attorney Sage Sehapi was attacked and beaten on Oak Road Walnut Creek CA

Bennett could not find an attorney in Contra Costa County to represent him so he sought counsel via the San Francisco Trial Lawyers of Northern California, which at first glance was a good idea.

There is the Contra Costa Bar where they refer attorneys to potential clients but after being in business for many years especially in my construction days I soon realized that decent counsel was hard to find.  I latched on to the same attorney for almost 14 years but there was some spilt milk.

The Diablo Symbiants -

The Judge, Police and Attorneys are one for all and all for themselves.

I've learned plenty on how the Judges, Court and attorneys interact but more important was how I told a judge that lived in my old neighborhood about how a Danville Police Officer covered up an attempted murder.  First the best way to win a case in Contra Costa is to pay off someone or use Chris Butler who used cops to ruin your life.

In 2004 I was attacked and nearly killed by this Gary Vinson Collins a Danville Building Inspector who was allowed by Danville Police to beat this former resident up then later they used real guns to threatened, scare or otherwise intimidate persons as they fit. Read

I've been through this several times with several agencies who get away with a wide swath of civil rights violations but who cares as we need to protect and serve.  I once told a local Judge about this attempted murder but that Officer Of the Court decided to pass on reporting the news.

In order to deflect my litigation they beat the shit out of my attorney 2006 and he's so scared he won't return my calls.  So much for legal representation.

My attorney was attacked during drop-in Basketball Game on Oak Road Walnut Creek - it was a regular basketball game except for the unknown assailant be never got the assailants name.

There is another case where I suspect the attorneys death was near perfect timing.  I'll be posting about how another Attorneys Office who represented offices burned into a total loss.  the early 2000's or perhaps about someone who shares his last name that was murdered.

I spent the time digging through newspapers, article and calling/meeting with persons I knew had snippets of information.

By September 2010 I was driven from my Offices at 1932a Oak Park Blvd Pleasant Hill CA when I fled the area after getting death threats, my friends getting them and in fact I suspect cops were behind them after all this was very close to one of those CNET operations.
