Pleasant Hill CA:  Shortly after the San Bruno Fire in 2011 a PGE high performance engineer was sitting a desk across from me at my web start-up located at 1923a Oak Park Blvd, Pleasant Hill CA requesting a nearly useless database project.  This person was nice enough but under extreme duress, lacked focus but also highly agitated when former Lt. David Oberhoffer appeared shortly after he arrived but he never seemed interested in his project.  

A deposit was presented to build a skeleton database for his ongoing litigation which sounded like extortion by a former employee who teamed up with an attorney.  What wasn't known then was he worked for PGE but the nearly impossible coincidence was the San Bruno Fire was 

Sept 2010 a few days after the San Bruno Fire  A PGE High Performance Engineer order a database solution for his litigation support needs.  My best guess was this was perhaps a few bankers boxes but in retrospect he didn't need the database and was there about former San Francisco Police Officer David Oberhoffer who retired in June 2010.  My problem with Oberhoffer is his connection to the Piedmont Lumber Fire and his connection to persons that I know have tried to run me off the road.  

he paid a deposit but never returned calls but that afternoon Oberhoffer arrived and this guy appeared to be scared to death of him.  

By February 2011 a company called Ravenelle Enterprises calls from Fresno saying they "found" my resume on Craigslist. They said they wanted to hire me but given I was homeless, broke, and barely surviving I said yes, sure, no problem, when do you want to start but knowing that I was sleeping in the rain it was going to be tough road.  

My problem was getting clothes and getting around.  Then my phone goes off but Ravenelle apparently undeflected by my problems makes contact again after the phone was off for three weeks.  We meet in Walnut Creek and this VP presents my resume that was posted back fall 2010.  

I get hired, Ravenelle sells me a car, gets me traveling to Newman, Modesto, Concord, and PGE Offices on Wiget Lane

I've spent several years piecing together job histories, other cases, arson fires, insurance fraud and other stoked up deflection stories.

While neighborhoods erupt in flames with huge pipeline explosions, staged and faked arrests underneath there are many good officers but in my case someone had plans for me. 

Looking motives on the San Bruno Fire using a disruption model one could surmise that disrupting gas lines could create a ripple effect throughout the system or region.  Gas transmission and power arrive at numerous entry points.  My past project once included mapping SBC Global's DSL system to orders.  Not complicated but an eye opener but SBC inadvertently bankrupted the agency responsible for paying me back in 2001.  So much for feeding your kids but Hicks Consulting sued and won so SBC retaliated by cutting off Hicks Consulting.

Giving Credit where it's due

• PG&E is moving in the right direction in regards to safety and placing citizens over the cantankerous PUC debates but working in unison instead of cross principles would help facilitate progress.  
• The neighborhood you're protecting could be yours, mine or your family. 
• The businesses that rely on consistent and reliable power that drive one of the largest economies in the world rely on an aging system with systemic problems from legacy that has left the room long ago.  

It would be nice for SBC to pony up as the Agency filed Bankruptcy and vanished.  The project broke down after working for months without payment. 

Mid September 2010 PG&E High Performance Engineer

Around early September 2010 right around the San Bruno Fire a person (Coded: H.S.) contacted me for software services.  He arrived either the first or second Saturday after the biggest pipeline fire in the country.  He placed an order for services, left a deposit and was instructed return with documents.  The problem was he never returned but the bigger problem was when Oberhoffer arrived on top of this appointment but today I'm highly suspect of Oberhoffer's timing and his connection to other suspect events, his job history, and suspiciously early pictures he took of the Piedmont Lumber Fire that was a Johnny on the Spot scoop or perhaps he knows more.

Months later I'm homeless, either fighting for survival or meeting some of the nicest down and outs around.  Stuck in San Francisco Tenderloin for four months but using by Singing To Survive I returned to Walnut Creek by Christmas where I connected with Hillside Covenant Church.

1. Anyone connected to PGE is not my normal client 
2. The High Performance Engineer would be an innocuous event except that this was days after the San Bruno Fire 
3. The other person in the room possessed images of the Piedmont Lumber Fire that in my opinion plus that of others was far too early in the fire. 
4. The day of the Piedmont fire I was attending State Senators Mark Desauliniers event at the Lafayette library more or less ranting about what would surface as CNET. 
5. That afternoon my engine threw a rod - oops the oil sensing light failed - thank god for Mormons who sell crappy cars. 

The vendor for PGE owes me about $10,000 but PGE's attorneys have ignored me saying that their vendors are responsible for paying their bills.  They took my time sheets and got paid but decided that paying me was not in their best interest.  Weeks later my car was totaled in Lafayette - search on accident in this blog.  

Senator DeSaulnier showed concern initially but my concerns are the San Bruno Fire is a critical infrastructure component required for the worlds 11th largest economy to function.  I didn't ask for this connection but my suspect is relentless but I've filed police reports in Walnut Creek, Lafayette and Pleasant Hill but since filing them I've had about three solid attempts on life - e.g. car accidents, someone from Hillside Covenant Church tried to run me over in Lafayette - Lt. Gorski told me to pound sand while he was busy driving Vice Ultra Lounge out of business, the Chief of Police of Lafayette, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Danville and Clayton have all announced their retirements since CNET became a household name. 

Wait until you read about the connection to my arson map and Peter Branagh where I was at event where CCSO detectives appeared.  A movie making event where they made me the star?  Not really but days later a young kid at the Walnut Creek McDonald's yelled Daddy it's Pete, get your gun! 

I get it - I get that the story is far from over.

While proceeding making a left turn from Deer Hill To First Street, the SUV to my rear blinded me with high powered spotlight therby blinding this driver, then that vehicle pushed my car into oncoming traffic exiting WB24 - to avoiding a head on collision with three vehicles I drove my car onto a Curb Island. 

The resulting police investigation was conducted so well that the Contra Costa Grand Jury should write a letter of recommendation for the excellent police work. 

The investigation that never started ended with "It's unfortunate" and get an attorney.  My answer was they beat up my attorney good enough that he left Northern California.  Another attorney - well they torched his office at 1700 Ygnacio Valley Road sometime around 2002. 

The Lafayette Town Council has shown tremendous compassion and has risen above the fray to support the victim who without a police report cannot get far in court. 

The other day I called Lafayette City Manager Steven Falk to discuss events but he more or less  hung up on me.  The play field has changed with a recent pipebomb (device) at a school in Poets Corner.

In July 2011 this accident was attempted murder but Lafayette PD refuses to investigate.  The person I've openly named are near enough to Pleasant Hill Elementary School that my written allegations should be taken seriously, in fact there are at least five suspects in my incidents.  I'm developing KML files that I will sent to ATF and FBI so the asgencies will be on the spot - call about a lead or ignore.   

One is a suspect that Walnut Creek Officer Rabonowitz refused to investigate lives on a street just off Oak Park Blvd that person that has come after me since, he knows someone near the Piedmont Lumber Fire who has pictures of that fire.  The Piedmont Lumber Fire . 

On Friday December 7th 2012 when they wouldn't return my calls I went to Consolidated Fire offices to speak the Arson Investigators.  My goal was to vet the names near my truck fire and firmly believe strongly enough a connection exists.

Arson► Piedmont Lumber Fire

These pictures or some very close to these pictures belong to a Former SFPD Officer.  When he showed them to me in June 2010 it looked fishy.  When the La Virage happened it looked fishy, when the nail salon was torched it looked fishy, when I discovered the church down the street from this persons house burned and all the other fires near the trail they all looked fishy.

The truth is not being told but when San Ramon Fire and CHP couldn't find records on 2004 arson fire - I started digging for more fires.

There are plenty, along with plane crashes, accidents and incidents.  There are so many I've decided to create a sim-world of make believe agencies.

I'm pretty confident that a repair shop in Lafayette who fixed my truck knows something and what they know will lead to CNET, other officers, Contra Costa Sherriff's office and possibly elsewhere.  Something is wrong when you paid record keepers can't find the records and more wrong when one of these accidents (hit and Run Swoop) nearly flipped your truck that also contained your sons.  That accident was south of Alcosta on 680.

Please call the agencies and ask them who was killed or crashed in 1990s Honda on a Sunday early 2005.  It might take some work but I believe that accident, that driver is related to my others which could help solve the Piedmont Lumber Fire.

Sleeping in the cold on 12/31/2012

Again I got stuck in the cold - my resources thin last night was pretty cold.  A few weeks ago I tried calling the Alamo 1st Ward Bishop, the Danville Stake President and even attempted to reach locals in Walnut Creek. 

Seems like perhaps my truck fire, car accidents, really strange events are a bit much for many.  I do have brothers who more or less ripped off my inheritance.  A few weeks ago I attempted to get help from the Contra Costa Bar but was told they didn't have attorneys for me. 

What was truly strange was that I recently found some of my adversaries more or less manage the Contra Costa Bar which explains why I can't get an attorney.  Perhaps this goes deeper than the deepsix.  I've long been concerned that my ligation has been derailed - I don't have the big bucks like others in the county. 

They (Mysterious Beings Residing In Contra Costa County) beat up my attorney, poisoned me and blew my truck up but Gary Collins who nearly killed me in 2004 suffers a timely fall down an elevator shaft was timely as it gets.  My story at times is like the movie called "The Watchers" but living my story is a Twilight Zone episode. 

So last night while my so called friends slept comfortably the temperature fell to less than 30 degrees.  My good friend who's been kind beyond belief was busy with his cancer stricken friend of 20 years.  Last night I would have slept in a coffin but given the treatment by the Danville Town Council and others they'd prefer my death would come in some invisible way. 

I've emailed the Contra Costa Council of Mayors, I've appeared to speak but they met me with a show of force by having the Orinda Police "question me" as they walked to their dinner.  It's been an amazing journey, my business destroyed in the 80s, my world re-targeted again in the 2000's, forced out of five offices, had my clients targeted and been thrown out of Dalimontes Bar when I realized they had connections to the complaints connected to my eviction.  Things got testy one night where Ron threw a couple of punches at me. 

My arson includes my old office location at 1923a Oak Park Blvd but yesterday I ran into a member from the church on the hill in Walnut Creek where someone who asked me how my Christmas went.  I was simply honest - I slept in the rain and it was nice to hear that he spent with two fine Youth Directors each who've been named in separate police reports. 

One Lieutenant told me I'd never get a police report through but he hung up before I could tell him that there is pretty good chance all my calls are being monitored as persons near me just happened to be near the Piedmont Lumber Fire plus another ominous pipeline fire.  Given that my truck was rigged for Arson in 2004, that San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District "deleted my records" and that for some bizarre PGE hired a broke homeless programmer to work on a billion dollar project that relates to one of the most critical infrastructure fires to have ever occurred.

In the seventies the San Francisco Bay Area was a manufacturing hub but today we live in one of the most economically critical economies in the world so going from a 1987 F-250 Arson Fire to a pipeline fire only requires knowing one thing - where are the gas leaks this week and are they big enough to blow up - versus blowing out which is a characteristic gleaned from a seasoned Gas Transmission Group.  If the CEO of PGE just happens to read this you'll be surprised to learn that events near me that would have cost less than $10,000 to solve but instead forced in homelessness where my laptop was breached the night I was arrested.  I was told that all my billings were pass through then your vendor changed the rules. 

The hit and run accident by the psycho former San Francisco Lieutenant Fire Starter also has pictures of the Piedmont Lumber fire.   Should that be of concern to your infrastructure you bet it should be but your larger resposiblity is the framework underneath one of the worlds largest economies. You really should implement armed patrols to protect the national asset called "critical infrastructure"

I am sorry but your vendor burned me and when you call the FBI to ask questions I'm going to redirect them to this web site.  I truly don't like big powerful lawyers to not return my calls as my position is your data is a national asset and should be protected. 

Outsource this and outsource that but leave me out in frigid weather without a hat now that really bothers me.

Event: Single Engine Plane Crash - loss of altitude due to climate conditions
NTSB: Focus of crash was blamed on Pilot error due to lack of extensive flying hours

Candidate for office Eric Nunn crashed into Mt. Charleston NV after taking off from North Las Vegas Airport after a weekend getaway with Craig Wilson and their wives. 

In 2008 Mr. Nunn was a candidate for Contra Costa County Dist 5 Supervisors running against incumbent Federal Glover.  My frustration with Contra Costa County has the numerous events occurring around me which today are known as CNET but my personal experiences extend from the 1980's where the then scummy Pittsburg Police Officer Eric Bergen murdered the Safeway Manager during a takeover robbery in 1988. 

We communicated over many months via email and phone.  As the campaign moved forward we finalized via a phone call on June 28th for the following Wednesday. He perished before we could meet.

I was planning to share my personal research on corruption in Contra Costa County - specifically cases that appear to parked without investigation covering in some cases more than 30 years old.  

I am positive Phillip Marshall found me in Walnut Creek.

After learning of Mr. Wiretap Chris Butler then months later discovering that my email password had been breached I now suspect that our communications were exposed. Butler knows Tanabe, Tanabe knows BART Officers including Wilson, our mutual connections are the Branagh's, Movie Making clubs, and someone who lost over 1 million to an IRON Worker who knows the Iron Worker who attacked me at the Farmers Market who is friends with the cop that arrested me.

The same people are connected to the Piedmont Lumber Fire where I've uncovered a group using Amatuer Radios to communicate which is how I figured out they were able to override radios and confuse the operators and dispatch.

It's worse when you factor in the San Bruno Fire, Piedmont Lumber and the Kinder Morgan which looks very similar when you add in all the people I know locally connected to these same people.

Dear William,


I am sorry that you've had to go through all this, that you've living a trailer, that you've had to watch another driver who tried to kill us hit the wall at High Speed ultimately kill himself, or that your father almost burned to death on 680 but like magic there is no record of that arson fire.


There is little chance that I can help you as I've been decimated financially, spent in total about 14 days in jail, lost seven cars via accidents, arson, hit and runs, and expert vandalism that the State Department of Insurance should really investigate.

A few months ago I made a desperate plea for help with the Walnut Creek City Council but apparently Officer Burns decided on July 27th that Pete Bennett needed a talking too and once again labeled a mentally ill assailant and denied my requests to call an attorney. Officers Burns all I'm trying to do is get access to my sons. Seems like you guys want to kill me for some reason and no officer Burns you don't know what I told the FBI 25 years but you appeared quite nervous. By the way whenever have a hearing, file a claim or file a lawsuit the Contra Costa County Litigant Adjustment Bureau finds me before I can appear.

The Walnut Creek Police are about as close to Uber Ops Domestic Terrorism Operation you'd ever find as when I called 911 back in June 2011 from 140 Crosby Court #1 Walnut Creek less than a month later after conversations with Chief Bryden and DA Investigator Darryl Jackson my car was totaled. I know it's just a coincidence but perhaps there is connection. Would you guys like to consider that my phones have been under surveillance for about ten years by Chris Butler plus others - so I am sure my calls are recorded.


By the way I was driven from Apartment by the legal associate of Former Walnut Creek Bomb Squad member Richard Grossman who is probably friends with Lt. David Oberhoffer (SFPD - retired) (Cops the same ages around here know each other) who showed me pictures in June 2010 of the Piedmont Lumber Fire? The same fire I'd mentioned in the November 1st 2011 meeting with Bryden and Nordoff. This meeting is so critical as I'm going to say out loud "over the course of 2011/12 numerous persons near me were killed" and it's not some coincidence to be ignored.


In between a now former Walnut Creek Officer who first name is Greg with possible full name of Greg Fish was a regular at Dallimontes which is in the same shopping center. I had the pleasure of nice short fist fight with Ron who threw me out of his pathetic Italian Joint but if it happens again I won't be so cordial.

The sad reality is many officers are clearly connected to totaling my car but LPD Chief Christensen who's name bears a very strong resemblance to David Christensen which is very common spelling of Local Mormons. Even though former Bishop Clark said he would call he has not, even Pastor Reed of Hillside Church whose friend.

It seems that Hillside Covenant Church doesn't want to acknowledge my concerns, that it took six months for them to turn over their insurance company, that the Walnut Creek Police let go home when I was trying to get you the court order IME which was scheduled on July 6th 2011 but your mother drove all the way down to intercept my attempts to get to a medical professional.

You may not know this but I attempted on May 23rd 2013 by coming to Paradise High School to take you to a doctor. The principal Ms Johns called the Paradise Police when I discovered your school records were altered. When I took your to court in Family Law.


I know that you were deathly afraid of Officer Tanabe at the Pack 36 Meeting on February 4th 2007 the same day your mom vanished. At that meeting were meeting were police officers from Contra Costa Sheriff, Concord Police Department and Judge Golub who I told many, many times that someone tried to kill us on the 680 back in winter 2004/05 in months after the same F-250 truck was rigged for arson. I am sure that Alamo 1st Mormons are connected to this arson fire but they've got Pete Amnesia but one important fact they also sue the Airlines when planes crash. Even though I called NTSB with simple fact I know two pilots killed in rather coincidental accidents they don't believe a connection exists. I tried getting legal help from the Contra Costa Bar Association but ... that association is under a legal spell called "don't assist Bennett" but do what you can to kill him.

Of course my crazy story happens to include far too many deaths from far too many accidents that they call coincidences that I call far too coincidental. I know it's just a coincidence that the it's coincidental that it's a coincidence that many are connected to my mail servers taken in Dec 2010 when I was coincidentally running from a San Francisco Cop who coincidentally once show me pictures of the Piedmont Lumber fire that all Central Costa County Residents know was not some coincidence but they said it was accidental. My one opinion is the owners are taking the unfair brunt of the allegations.

Brian Schewling: Alamo 1st Member He died right after services at Alamo 1st and quite frankly looked very bad that day but coming a survivoir of poisoning he looked as bad as me. I would have died that night in 2005 from a heart attack today as I doubt at 56 I could last through a 105 fever, vomiting blood requiring 3.5 liters of fluid.

Why blog about events

Decades ago I experienced first hand events connected to the Pittsburg Police Department - when Anthony Banta Jr.  was killed in Walnut Creek - that was fatal police shooting number four near me over 25 years.

In summer 2011 my car was pushed into oncoming traffic by a retired San Francisco Police Officer (Lt.), he just happens to live near where many fires occurred for more than a decade.

The general feeling about the Piedmont Lumber is it was arson - I agree but the person who took these pictures below is probably the same person that ran me off the road.

In 2006, my attorney was beaten up, in 2004 I was beaten up which is how I met Chris Butler, then later met Tanabe, Lombardi and others but in 2004 my truck was rigged to explode in flames but the amazing part I've got several persons connected to Mormons in Danville that witnessed the fire.

People often say whats happened to you and sorry to hear that, and it will get better.  It has gotten worse since encountering the person that showed me these pictures.  The Walnut Creek Police department knows this same San Francisco Police Officer.  If you've got your radar up you'll know about another important shooting in Walnut Creek.

While the Walnut Creek and ConFire toil away doing their thing this 2004 arson victim gets his car blown up, run off the road and vehicles wrecked but San Ramon Fire doesn't know what happened.  I know what happened - it was a setup and attempted murder plus the arsonist is busy burning down lumber yards, making restaurants into mirages, and hurling a web Molotov cocktails.

I've lived on the street, lost everything dealing with their failures and quite frankly expect someone to come along to finish the job. I am now nearly a senior citizen where I get mugged in Oroville, attacked at the Farmers Market, pushed off the road and told that no one would investigate the endless accidents.  So next time you walk through the Safeway Parking at 600 S. Broadway Walnut Creek be prepared for a person connected to Hillside Covenant Church to try to run you over.   I tried getting WCPD to do something but they were too busy driving Vice Ultra Lounge into Bankruptcy.  The same Lt. in both cases.

I've lost well over a million dollars due to CNET, Chris Butler and Pittsburg Police back in the eighties.

A few months ago my former neighbor Stephen Tanabe was convicted in Federal Court for his role in connection with the schemes connected to Chris Butler and Commander Norman Wielsch.  That is Contra Costa County Scandal involving police officers setting up divorcees so the spouse would get the upper hand.  My personal experience with these officers predates known events by nearly thirty years.  

In September 2010 just a few days after the PG&E San Bruno Fire that never revealed he was a PG&E high Performance Engineer was in my office.


The PG&E Senior High Performance Engineer:  The SFPD Arsonist and the Engineers

This Engineer (The Calculator) found and Chris Butler with cronies targeted me via Craigslist.com an admission revealed many times including testimony during the Federal Trial of former Danville Officer Stephen Tanabe but my long held opinion that persons associated with law enforcement are connected to the Pittsburg CA murders

My opinion based on my first hand experience is the The Calculator had been expertly extorted with a connection to the Walnut Creek Police Department and San Francisco Police Department with a connection to another case that I'm positive leads to another Walnut Creek PD cover-up.

San Francisco Police Department Arson Network 
In was back June 2010 where S.F.P.D. Lt. David Oberhoffer arrived at my offices where he shows on his Nikon Camera pictures of the Piedmont Fire Walnut Creek CA from March 2010.  At the time it appeared to be just a coincidence but now my opinion that this former San Francisco Lieutenant is a arsonist and a clever one.  Oberhoffer got his walking papers in June 2010 he told me he was leaving willingly but he was forced out - sorry Dave you're a fucking psycho who needs to be behind bars.  

I've posted numerous articles in regards to these events and others.  I am growing extremely frustrated with PG&E who apparently posts wonderful stories on Vendor Ethics, Code of Conduct and all those nice things like see our progress while blatantly ignoring this former vendor who is under attack nearly monthly since encountering the The Calculator and the Cop.

2004 Arson Victim: I am an arson victim (Truck Arson) where CHP and San Ramon Fire arrived but flames shooting back over 100 feet with accelerant in the engine (Jet Fuel), and obvious arson no investigation?  Read my allegations on the Contra Costa Arsonist posted in early 2012.   

September 2013 Near Fatal Hit and Run 
Last month someone nearly killed me in a crosswalk in Walnut Creek near the Safeway , they managed to nearly kill my roommate in an assault, the month prior I am facing Sgt. Burns who is looking for any reason to arrest me just after I stepped of Starbucks.  On July 20th my car was totaled in a Hit and Run then weeks later after dumping my car for scrap I'm facing more police officers looking for any way to arrest me or goad me into a response that in my opinion was designed to shoot me dead. I've been through the drill more than once.

During summer 2012 my laptop was stolen at the same Safeway where I was nearly mowed down last month.  The laptop contained documents from the PG&E San Bruno Fire, the Hydrotesting project and internal maps containing GPS, KMZ and Shape files placed on my laptop by Ravenelle Enterprises.

On one of my returns trips from PG&E I was nearly taken out by a high speed maneuver near Tracy CA.  A few weeks later they whoever they are totaled my car.

Since my July 2011 Hit and Run I've been searching for information that often leads to the same point of origin (CNET, SWAT and the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad)

When I discovered Gary Vinson Collins whose links to Danville PD and Walnut Creek PD fell to his death in December 2011 but in June 2013 was when I learned that Nate Greenan was killed in Orinda CA in April 2012 from there I realized he was my attorneys brother in-law in one of those suspicious crashes.

It didn't take to realize my sons would eventually be targeted as it's happened before so from there I decided almost any incident was on the table which is why I know former Senator Rainey's nephew suicide is a cover story.

My contract with PG&E based my extensive research and efforts was setup to get at the PG&E data placed on my laptop.  That information has landed in the hands of Walnut Creek Police who operate the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad who "found" my "stolen" laptop but never gave me an accurate answer on how it ended up in their department.  The officer who owned the incident is gone but is one of the few officers to be trusted within that organization.

In the attached images throughout this blog you'll see I've tried in vain for several years to get resolution with the Walnut Creek Police.  If my cases are not being investigated than anything connected to PG&E cases should be considered suspect in nature.  That includes the really bizarre kidnapping of the PG&E Employee at the same offices where I attended the very dubious GTG Wiget Lane Meeting in June 2011.

The reason they don't investigate is my investigation leads back to the 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road in 2001 which is my attorney, then it leads to the attack on Attorney Sage Sepahi Walnut Creek who represented in the Bennett v Collins matter which leads to my 2011 accident of a police officer who knows Lt. Oberhoffer SFPD (Ret.) who is the main suspect in my accident plus managed to drive me out of business in 2010 but worse was the pictures he took of the Piedmont Lumber fire in March 2010 then with near precision timing appears when the PG&E High Performance engineer was sitting with me in a meeting.

During the Tanabe Trial (Sept 2013) it was revealed Butler had wiretapped hundreds but I know I'm definitely one of those wiretaps perhaps ten years in the making.  When they failed to burn me alive they kept trying.

When the Donald Gene Moats office burned down in 2001 the FBI investigated events which the Walnut Creek Police was never told which sadly means all they've been caught lying to investigators in what I'm calling a Domestic Terrorism Cases. e.g. Kinder Morgan and PG&E San Bruno Fire

PG&E has a kidnap victim and in a letter to the City my comments were specific that it was a cop in the Kidnappers image.

Based on my crazy story it's a given that investigations by the Walnut Creek Police prior to the new Chief should be suspect but no has tried to make the connection between my events and my roommate.

I am homeless, sleeping on concrete and no one will hire me.  I wouldn't hire me, I'm being sued, I owe back support, my cars get totaled, people near me get murdered or crash in Airplanes into mountains or simply fall from the sky - I have nothing left but my laptop and some clothes yet they still try to mow me down and still not a single investigator has asked me a single question about my theory that these events are connected.

The September 19th 2013 accidents that killed two BART Engineers was not just an accident as events near my allegations overlay with these allegations in this letter.  What are the chances that I'd post to this blog my concerns about a stalker that once worked at the Concord Maintenance Yard who would know BART procedures just by being around the lingo.

The NTSB advisory is a good start but I'm suggesting asking the Navajo CodeTalkers for advice as your radio communications function on a open spectrum.  In my research I'd discovered that the PG&E fire, Asiana (SFO), BART plus other disasters share a common technology - they operate on open radio frequencies but recently made changes at SFO - details coming.

This is where my database skills has come in extremely useful as once I started searching the search kept expanding.  Somewhere in the thicket of incidents is the empirical datasets. 

The perfect example of stonewalling is how San Ramon Fire Protection District in regards to my records requests about my 2004 truck fire.  My allegations was my truck fire was arson after all. I'd stepped up my requests after the July 20th 2011 hit and run accident which led to endless requests to Lafayette Police for a police report.  On March 13th 2010 I went to meet with State Senator Mark Desaulier at the Lafayette Library but on my way over I could see the Piedmont Lumber Fire.  I told Mark that there was a problem with some type of corruption in the area.  About a year the CNET Story broke but there is no way in hell that others assigned to protect didn't know about their follies.

Case Study: Homeless Dave -

During summer of 2011 I first met Dave, he's sort of the town drunk of downtown Martinez but his story is troubling as he can't explain how he suddenly jumped in front of the AMTRAK train.  In the end he paid a high price but Contra Costa County has a blame it on the drunk mentality.  The cruelty and disdain is almost incomprehensible but some in Downtown Martinez treat Dave as their personal punching bag so one day I'll bring a giant bat made of foam - labeled "Let's hit Dave" which is how one person couched his persona when I was performing Downtown.  As I was being introduced the MC noted the man staring into the window was known as Crazy Dave.  I got up and said what a terrible way to describe a human being.

"He could not explain why he jumped in front of the train as he truly didn't know"

He's alive but lost his leg below the knee.

"The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure"

If Jesus was alive he'd be ashamed of his current disciples activities.

The locals refer to him as crazy Dave but when one night while performing to Rox the gal that introduced me points out the window to say we called "Don't worry we've called the Martinez Police", then gives a punch list of supporting theorems why Crazy Dave was crazy out as he say our front in his wheel chair missing one limb no pity just disdain but how Dave's shattered world allow the window to look un-pretty as sitting in his wheel chair soils the sidewalk. 

I got on stage - but before I began to play I said I had a nice conversation with Dave who really needs help not disdain.  The modern day bully that was used to treating him badly had her wings clipped and so far I'm not interested in performing there again. 

This story will evolve but for the moment search for accidents on Amtrak, BART, CalTrain and the freeways where with minimal effort you'll easily be able to validate what I'm saying

The problem in Contra Costa is your catalogers of death keep the lid on the statistics and have a habit of not responding to their own tip line.  I developed a call accounting system for the county so I have insight about the county's direct inward dial (DID) than they'd expect.

I'm sure that Collins attended PHE, knows Lynds, knows the mechanic, knows Greg, and they all know the Danville Town Council, many live walking distance to Tanabe's house who knows officer Jason Nunn, who's brother was killed with BART Officer Craig Wilson who knows several other now deceased BART officers, who know me, and they seem to know people near the Piedmont Lumber Family, they know investigators on the Vitale case, who lived down the road from Wild Wood Acres where this Photographer person is as suspect in my July 20th 2011 hit and run who happens to be friends with members of the Danville Council whose peer died from a bacterial infection which nearly killed me in 2005.




We all know Tanabe, and Butler walked into my house days after the 2004 Danville assault connected to the Danville mom spent 100K fighting charges from Hayward that she had attempted to hire a hit man, whose husband won one of the few large jury awards but one of the deceased BART officers was about to come forward as a whistle blower in his new job at an important agency.

CALNET 2:  The Achilles Heel of Untold Proportions

Why does this agency have so much meaning to the larger story in Contra Costa County where the CNET Scandal unfolds where the dirty DUI's ruined custody battles and where attorneys plied their scams on unsuspecting spouses - Butlarama leads in all  directions but the data on this system is just as useful which is why I called the Eiko Sugihara number many times and why not after all I'm an arson victim and what happened to her almost happened to me in 2004 on NB 680.  Why not since I've also seen pictures of the Piedmont Lumber fire on a then San Francisco Police Officers camera in June 2010 but months later I've got a PGE High Performance Engineer standing next to same cop in my office days after the PGE San Bruno Fire who never said he worked for PGE.

The telephone system is a critical weakness that would allow a person to peer into the mechanics of an  extended investigation.  In 2001 one of my contract opportunities was to convert AT&T (then PacBell) call detail record from EBCDIC (see below) tape to the new format.  It was an easy project and perfect match to my skills.

Details on this program can be found at the Statewide Telecommunications and Network Division and you can learn for yourself but my concerns is the detail records are of a concern.   I have nothing negative about this agency.  They do their job as mandated by preparing, processing and managing as required.  My concern is the intrinsic value of millions of call record are being overlooked.  If anything belonged in a vault this would be it.   We are consumed with allocating the costs to the originating caller which maps to the department which is rolled up to the general ledger.  I know its boring stuff but call detail in the wrong hands has endless uses.

Get it done 

When I was contracted by the County to fix their problem it was straight forward.  Develop a replacement application that would process the new format. Failure meant the general ledger would remain open but yikes, holy moly! retirement calculations might be delayed so this is really important!

Fire the American keep the Visa holder  
The original budget was $50,000 with a three month development window but was finished it in three weeks.  The side bar to this project was a tech contracting firm called Hall-Kinion who had three H1-b visa placements at the county.  At the same time one of my programming friends was rejected by the county.  Apparently his 20 years of succesfully programming at Bank of America wasn't good enough as they letter stated he was unqualified.  The person that got the job was an H1-b visa holder placed by Hall-Kinion who was sending me to fake interviews was the same firm I'd filed a discrimination case with EEOC.  They spotted me in the Hallway one day and shortly thereafter I was terminated from Hero to Zero heading the welfare office so I could feed my kids - things had gotten that bad.  Three for the visas and zero for the american programmer.  I am not anti-immigration but we need a throttle.

I suppose that if the Governor called the President who called a Senator who then called his favorite lobbyist, who then called his buddy,  who got the pricey contract then we'd be thinking up some conspiracy.  

The reality here is you had access to 500 Million records of calls between agencies, attorneys, investigators, contract administrator and perhaps calls to the attorneys defending the cities, their witness, the juror pools, the clerks, and worst of all the witnesses you'd have advantages so great as your adversaries would be absolutely clueless you had Intel of that magnitude.  The call detail records paint a story that unless you've worked with data for 20 years you cannot see it.  The programmers know very well the bank account rounding errors passed from the bank to their personal account.  

Another giant Outsourcing Risk - but who really cares? some do but often it's profit over national security.  

What is a DBA?

This stands for Database Administrator - a person who posses the skill to manipulate data, execute stored procedures, can manage security, login's, users plus is highly skilled with Extract, Transact and Load (ETL), can move large blocks of data, works with BIG data and could easily move 100 Million rows anywhere in the world.  Is not subject to extortion, has lived here for entire life, loyal to his country, has family, and few other snippets but the point should be obvious if you got this far.
