Known KKK associate connected to Gary Vinson Collins the former now deceased Town of Danville CA.  The name is from days gone by but there are lynching committees in Contra Costa County.  The inner circle of conspirators is about to be outed.

COLLINS, VINSON A. (1867–1966). Vinson Collins, attorney and legislator, was born near Honey Island, Texas, on March 1, 1867, to Warren J. and Eboline (Valentine) Collins. After graduating from Sam Houston State Normal College (now Sam Houston State University) in 1893, Collins taught for six years in Grand Saline and studied law in his spare time. He passed the bar examination in 1901 and opened a law practice in Beaumont. During three terms in the Texas Senate (1910–14, 1916–17) he supported prohibition, woman suffrage,^qqv and an eight-hour workday. In 1913 he wrote the state's first workmen's compensation laws. He was defeated by Martin Dies, Sr., in a subsequent race for the United States House of Representatives. Although he was a member of the Ku Klux Klan, Collins entered the 1924 gubernatorial election without securing support from the Klan hierarchy. In the absence of official backing, he fought a bitter, unsuccessful campaign against the official Klan candidate, Felix D. Robertson^qv. Collins was among the many Texas Democrats who bolted from the party rather than endorse Alfred E. Smith during the 1928 presidential race. He served on the board of regents for state teachers' colleges from 1935 to 1950. He maintained an active law practice in Dallas, Beaumont, and Livingston until his retirement in 1957. He first married Lizzie Hopkins, who died in 1900; he later married Nannie Kuykendall of Grand Saline. Collins died in Dallas on July 5, 1966, and was survived by six children. He was buried at Livingston.

CORONER'S INQUESTS A MIXED BAG

More than a few people were puzzled by a recent coroner's inquest ruling that it was accidental when a Walnut Creek police officer killed a Pittsburg man Feb. 13. 
After all, Officer David Wright testified during the May 29 hearing that he fired four bullets that killed 23-year-old Jason Amen Watts. 

Yet the nine-member panel ruled the shooting an accident rather than "at the hands of another." 

The ruling sheds light on an enduring quarrel between civil rights attorneys. .

A police officer shot and killed an armed suspect at an electronics store in Walnut Creek after he refused to drop his gun, authorities said yesterday.  Jason Amen Watts, who, according to court records, had a prior conviction for theft and burglary in Walnut Creek in 1998.

Police identified the slain suspect as 23-year-old 

Officers responded shortly before 9 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a man using a fraudulent credit card at the Good Guys at 2044 Mt. Diablo Boulevard.

Customer Jeff Stimson was 10 feet away when he saw police confront Watts, then shout, "Don't move! Keep your hands out."

The officers repeated the commands several times before the shooting began, which Stimson heard but did not see.

"I first thought it was the TVs making a popping noise," Stimson said, adding he thought he heard a total of five shots.

"It was shocking," Stimson said. "It's too close to home."

Police were releasing few details of the shooting yesterday but Lt. Damien Sandoval confirmed that two veteran officers have been placed on paid leave pending an investigation by the department and the Contra Costa District Attorney's Office.

Sandoval said only one officer was believed to have fired at Watts after the suspect drew a gun and pointed it at police.

"We're not sure yet how many times," Sandoval said. "It was multiple shots. We don't know if there was an exchange of gunfire."

Asked whether the officers had told Watts to drop his weapon, Sandoval said,

"There were some orders shouted. There were orders shouted back and forth."

Watts was later pronounced dead at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek.

Police have had prior contacts with Watts, whose last known address was in Pittsburg. A man who answered the telephone at Watts' family home said his relatives were not available for comment.

Investigators had trouble determining the identity of the suspect after finding several "conflicting" documents on his body. Watts was recognized by some officers and his name was eventually confirmed through fingerprints, Sandoval said.

In 1998, Watts pleaded guilty to second-degree robbery and petty theft. He was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail, a $100 fine and three years probation. The state Department of Corrections has no records for Watts.

Detectives were also looking into another possible male suspect who was arrested outside the store for an outstanding warrant. Police would not say if that person was a suspected accomplice.

"There was another person contacted at the scene," Sandoval said. "They're trying to clear that up right now."

Yesterday's incident was only the second fatal shooting by Walnut Creek police. In December 1999, police killed a suspect near the Broadway Plaza Shopping Center after he fired at them.

Asked about how the officers responded Tuesday, Sandoval said, "They were confronted with the most extreme set of circumstances," adding he believed the officers acted appropriately.

Domestic Terrorist Network

Abstract: This article will pose a strong argument that a domestic terrorism organization operates in Contra Costa County in a similar manner to a terrorist cell organization as the operators are probably experts in terrorist organizations.  My observations is that they are CNET, SWAT and Bomb Squad trainees, have been given training by the Federal Government with the ability to access the vast resources of various Federal Agencies. 

In my case a few of them blabbed a few too many times leaving me a clue to dig up on the them.  I've found their resumes but have also traced their profiles.  One leads directly from Sacramento to San Ramon Police Department where Lombardi called me with threats of arrest for tying to collect funds owed to me.  The big mistake was my skills over here on this Telecommunications Project

In 2009 got burned with credit card charge-backs but 2005 someone then was connected to CNET and Butler but knowing the depths of CNET tactics know they need to checked out.  

I'm not going to sit back while persons in my book are CNET co-conspirators then identifying DOD contractors with highly sensitive projects only solidifies the Domestic Terrorism argument as this programmer understands systems very well and it's not a stretch to postulate DOD intelligence network has been compromised.  

When they read this page they will come knocking with lots of questions and I'm ready with names, facts, dates and connections.  

Perhaps I'm a little pissed that I don't have a police report from the Lafayette Police who is about 18 months overdue.  

The Lafayette Town Council faces a quagmire - if I'm right then what is their role as they should have vehemently  lobbied Chief Christiansen to investigate an attempted murder but why would he investigate his cousin Dave Christiansen for attempted murder?

The Walnut Creek City Council and Town Manager has been equally informed via my many letters from yours truly.  My roommate has 12,000 in medical bills from being mugged and we could call attorneys all day but no one will take on our cases.  

Benny Chetcuti Investigation Stalled for over 10 years and the PG&E San Bruno Fire would have never happened has this organization been stopped in 2004 when the first cease and desist letter had been acted on.

Walnut Creek CA July 20 2013  Micheal McNulty was found dead of an apparent Gun Shot wound to the head on November 10th 2012.  Like the other incidents in the area I placed him in my database and began searching.  One reason was the name McNulty resonated with me but the other fatalities I'm tracking are connected to the head of the Contra Costa Bar but that person leads to Alamo 1st Alamo CA where I suspect Alamo 1st Members tried to kill me on 680 back in 2004 by rigging my F-250 truck oil with accelerant.  I almost burned to death just like the Filipino Nurses did in the Limo Fire (Arson or Accident) which matches other Limo Fires in the Walnut Creek area.  

The answer came when I was talking to a friend of someone who know Sue McNulty Rainey - then I realized he was the same "Uncle Fester" that frequented Tiki Toms where I play music.  The sad part is I called the Humbolt Coroner who was more than candid which suggested the suicide is a cover story.

Why the concern - Few know this but Michael McNulty is the nephew of former Mayor Sue McNulty Rainey who married to former Sheriff Richard Rainey then later serving as State Senator Richard Rainey (R), so what are the chances of Don Perata's daughter in-law Catherine Perata drowning in a pool.  

In Contra Costa County the powerful spin together mostly along party lines.  The Republicans from Orinda, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon and Clayton.  The Dems suck the putrid refinery gases north, west and east county. The attorneys mostly are republicans and a fair amount of political power is Danville.  

The deputies live in Seeno built homes and the rest live in early crappy Seeno Homes. It took them 30 years to learn how to build a good house - too bad for their misfortune.
